Approval
Bramon will provide an approval pack that is tailored to your requirements and may include: commercial terms and conditions, special conditions, rental metrics, rental increase estimates, demographic information and benchmarking, radius or drive time maps and data, internal and external images, high resolution satellite imagery and site plans, tenancy plans, services plans, competition and generator proximity maps and data, traffic data, equipment and services lists, subject to your requirements and availability.
Documentation
At the conclusion of the negotiation, Bramon will package and arrange the required documentation for the parties to execute the lease.
